What to expect
What do you need?
1. An online booking confirmation through email. Find your class book, secure your spot and pay all from the website. If you encounter any issues please feel free to text. We reply via text much faster but if phone call is your preference allow for two business days for a return call.
We do allow for walk-ins, payment via cash, but we cannot guarantee space as availability is limited.
2. Bring your own mat, and water. We have loner mats for $2 a rental but for sanitary reason it is advisable and encouraged to use your own mat.
3. Dress in comfortable attire.
4. We offer water and tea. Please bring your own receptacle.
Please remember to prebook your classes online so that we don’t miss you, we need and want you to make it in!
While welcoming everyone we can, we do have limited space and prefer to keep the classes intimate so everyone receives attentive attention from our experienced instructors. It’s part of what makes us unique and special we are here because we desire to actually transfer knowledge, peace and awareness. We are here to be your mirror, to see things that you may not be able to yourself, and for you to be ours.
Classes show up in order of when they appear during the week online at southernoregonom.com when you click on the calendar icon on the yoga page. You may reschedule by accessing your confirmation email and finding the reschedule button at the bottom of the email.

We utilize Acuity scheduling to book classes. They do have a app accessible that may make booking from your smart phone easier.
To find available classes by the next one available (in a time line) head to the yoga tab on this site and click either BOOK CLASS or the calendar button.
We understand how unexpected life can be, that’s why we’ve made it simple to cancel or reschedule from your appointment from your confirmation email you receive after booking. There are buttons to make changes at the bottom of the confirmation email.
Refunds are not given to no shows. Cancellation must be done 2 hrs in advance of session start time through this method or you forfeit your session.
We try to accommodate messages through other outlets such as social media or via phone but reschedules and cancellations are not guaranteed through this method.
Refunds are not automatically given upon cancellation but must be requested. Rescheduling to a different class type must also be requested.
Due to our humble lack of a lobby area and our off street location, we lock the door at the start of class. If you arrive late and cannot get in, you forfeit your session.
To be able to accommodate as many schedules as possible we have some classes back to back. If you come more than 15 minutes early, the class beforehand may not be over yet, and the door will be locked.
